Genuine Tips For Curing Hormonal Acne. Results guaranteed!


Dealing with acne prone skin is tough. But, it's not impossible. For all the girls out there ( even boys ) who are dealing with serious acne issues, yes that's the right place for you, cause here we're talking about genuine tips which you ought to follow wholeheartedly.

So, let's discuss this serious issue which most of us go through. Pimples are worse when it comes to girls, yes I got you! I know how gross it feels. But, worry not. Being patient is all it takes. 


Every human is beautiful in their own way, so, never think you're less than anyone, never compare. Your beautiful skin is in your hands. 

I personally followed this skincare for good two to three months and trust me, results are amazing. Although, I never had severe acne, just two three pimples only when I'm PMSing or my diet schedule got disturbed, but for the ones who suffer, from now, you won't, let's get started!

ATTENTION - Everything has to be followed at least for a month for good results and acne free skin.

• Starting from the very first and foremost thing, how you wash your face depends a lot upon your skin texture. Washing face right after waking up with mild face wash not only makes it oil free but also removes all the dirt from within.

~ Remember not to be harsh, be gentle, acne might become worse if you don't be gentle. ( Suggestion - Himalaya anti acne face wash. )

• As you all know, how necessary it is to hydrate yourself, right?  Drinking one glass of warm water after waking up on an empty stomach will not only flush all the impurities out but also makes your skin glowy keeping it acne free.

• Eating healthy can cure acne. I know you can't stop craving for fast food, but you have to.

~ I'm a foodie too, but if you are determined towards making your skin healthy and shiny, then you need to stop eating all the junk which is contributing in ruining your skin more and more.

• Drinking 8-10 glass of water every day is magic, try it, you'll see the results by yourself and your acne won't be the same again.

~ Here are some tips which I personally follow -

✓ Washing hands thoroughly before Washing your face. No dirt = No acne.

✓ Don't wipe your face with any towel or cloth. Let it dry naturally for acne free skin, keep tapping and massaging your face with finger tips until it gets dried up.

✓ Applying rose water first, as a toner for acne free skin. Let it dry once. Then, take one or two drops of tea tree oil, mix it with aloe vera gel and apply it while massaging gently.

✓ Applying a good moisturizer is what all it takes. So, if you're thinking that your skin is oily and you shouldn't apply any moisturizer, then, let me tell you, you're absolutely wrong. 

~ There are ample of affordable moisturizer for oily and acne prone skin. ( My Suggestion - Lacto Calamine )

✓ Changing pillow case every two days will help you a lot. Never share your pillow with anyone if you don't want more acne.

✓ Stop touching your face every now and then. I know you can't stop touching that beautiful face of yours, but you have to, in order to be free from this acne which is lowering down your confidence.

✓ Applying a home made, chemical free face mask two times a week for acne prone skin.

> Multani Mitti with Buttermilk.

> Sandalwood powder with Rose Water and Honey.

> Neem powder with Rose Water 

~ Any one of them mentioned above. ( I personally use sandalwood mask, it's amazing. )

✓ Be active, if you can't workout, go for a Walk. Walk as much as you can. Be active, and that way you can achieve acne free skin too just like others.

~ Keeping your stomach clean, going to the washroom early in the morning makes your skin crystal clear and acne free.
